The Neillsville Country Club Thousands
of years ago the receding glaciers created the
rolling and meandering hills that is now
Neillsville Country Club. Designed by Art Tangen
of Eau Claire and founded in 1935, the course is
the oldest in the area. The fairways are lined by
decades old pines Because of the rolling terrain, many greens cannot be seen from the teeing area, and the greens, like the landscape, rarely will give one a straight putt. Although the course is 9 holes in length, the positioning of the white and blue tee markers give the impression of an 18 hole layout. Don't forget to keep a look out for our resident bluebirds; there about twenty houses scattered around the course. Undoubtedly, you will have the creatures following you as you kick up the insects.
